You can check yourself
Check 1. Is your pool and spa gate self-closing and self-latching from any open position.
Check 2. Are there any gaps over 100mm under your pool /spa barrier
Check 3. Are there any objects such as pot plants, chairs etc that children can climb and may allow access to the pool or spa? If there are, they need to be removed.
Check 4. Never leave your gate propped open
Check 5. 10 cm gap on a glass gate If there are gaps more than 10cm they will need to be reduced.
Check 6. if your pool barrier is 1200mm of the ground
